Pet Policy:
Cats and Dogs up to 100 lbs. Pets must be at least 6 months old. No more than two pets per apartment.

Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet.
A pet deposit of $200 is required for one pet in addition to a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
For two pets, a pet deposit of $300 is required along with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
